Meyer Sound

As an intern at Barrett Hofherr, we were briefed on this spec project to name a subwoofer, and after presenting it to the client, it actually turned into a real project for the agency! We developed hero visuals, and I took the lead on ad lobs, manifestos and names.

Before there were stages. Before speakers. Before song.
There was movement.

In fractures. In fire.
Lava surged. Fault lines cracked.

The M333 was born from that world.
More than a subwoofer, a force.
One that doesn’t shout, but grounds.
That doesn’t just add bass, but adds emotion.

Every detail is forged for clarity you can feel.
Power you can trust.
With lows so low, they’re subterranean.
And linearity that hits like gravity.

Because, like all Meyer Sound systems, it’s not designed for
loudness.
It’s designed for truth.
From the subtlest texture to the heaviest impact,
the M333 doesn’t just support the sound.
It grounds it.

And it makes you experience it.

Introducing the M333.

Don’t just hear it. Hear it right.

The main component of this spec project was naming a potential subwoofer. Below you’ll see a few of the names we presented.
